E-Filing

E-File your legal documents through Countrywide Process for secure filing in California courts that support e-Filing. Countrywide Process covers the court's filing fees on your behalf, and you will receive a single, detailed invoice for each filing. With just a click of your mouse, you can electronically file multiple documents within a single case.

The Counties of Ventura, and Sacramento have announced that e-Filing will be coming online soon:

To begin E-filing, just register for an account and place an e-filing order, where you can upload your case information and documents. Once the court accepts them, we will furnish you with a stamped, conformed copy. If you prefer not to use our online portal for document submission, you can send them to our customer service email and Countrywide Process will handle your E-filing for an extra convenience fee as indicated below*. Please make sure to include your account number and attach your documents separately in PDF format when instructing us to E-file on your behalf.
