Our firm has been using Countrywide Process, LLC for all process service, county recording, and more, for over 2 years now. In the past, I have used OneLegal and a few others whose names escape me at the moment, and Countrywide Process, LLC surpasses them all in every aspect of the business. Countrywide Process, LLC is fast, reliable, dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced. You will find no better team of people to assist in all of your process service needs. Countrywide Process is an excellent service - super fast, very responsive, and very easy to use. Their representatives are very friendly and easy to work with! Especially Jack who helped to make sure my document was properly formatted before submission so that it would not be rejected. A+ service!
The last hurdle before we moved into our newly constructed house required us to submit documents electronically to the county. (offices were closed due to Covid) We came across Countrywide Process while searching for people that could e-file with LA County and Jack helped us with our documents.
Just when we thought everything was finally coming together, we got a rejection notice from the County for our e-file document. (text was illegible) We made a second attempt after cleaning up our document but the County rejected that one as well. Our source was high resolution, and Jack verified that he was sending the files at full resolution, but the County's rejection notices were showing a severely low resolution image.
Jack really felt bad for us since he knew we could not move into our house unless the document was accepted. He took considerable time on the phone with us to troubleshoot our image and also investigate his e-file software. He helped us deduce that the County was down-sampling the image on their end and he came up with a game plan for how to modify our image to work around the County's limitations.
His suggestions worked and our next attempt went through without any issues. We are forever thankful for Jack's help!
TI truly had an amazing experience with your company. I had a very important court hearing for which the rules required personal service for 32 entities. Solved delicate and important issues with the clerks and managed a solution that was workable even in the midst of the communications delays with the Covid disruptions... Excellent Service. I recommend Countrywide for recording documents. The recording of deeds in multiple counties had been a huge source of stress for me and Countrywide took care of it. Deeds had to be recorded in Los Angeles, Kern and Fresno Counties to address issues presented by Proposition 19 which changed the property tax rules on inherited property. I am grateful that all of my documents were recorded in a timely manner and I was able to assure my clients that their gifts were completed under the existing property tax rules.

HACLA's experience with Countrywide has been excellent. Countrywide is professional, on time, efficient, easy to work with and has reasonable prices. Countrywide goes where no process service company will go. They serve notices and complaints for HACLA in the most dangerous areas of the Los Angeles (Public Housing). Countrywide has helped HACLA in many rush emergency same day filings or services. Countrywide keeps HACLA informed about services via email. For the past fives, HACLA has been very happy to have Countrywide as their process server and will continue to do so.
