 El Dorado County Superior Court has announced eFiling will be made available effective today, June 5th, 2023 for Civil, Small Claims, Family Law and Probate case types. eFiling is encouraged but will not be mandatory at this time. 

 eFiling is projected to launch June 5th, 2023. At that time, eFiling will be permissive with no plans to be mandatory, and case types are still being determined by the court. 

 eFiling is projected to begin May 15, 2023. Currently, specific information about case types or mandate dates is not available.
