Countrywide Process
December 18, 2025
Countrywide Process offers fast, compliant California eRecording services statewide. Attorneys, title companies, lenders, legal professionals, and individuals can submit official documents electronically to County Recorder offices across California.
No more in-person drop-offs, mail delays, or rejections due to formatting errors. We streamline every step—from upload to confirmation—ensuring speed, accuracy, and county compliance.
eRecording (short for electronic recording) is the process of submitting legal or property-related documents digitally to a County Recorder for official recording.
Instead of physically mailing or delivering documents, you upload them online using our secure portal. The County Recorder receives them through a certified electronic system, reviews, records, and returns the final recorded version to you—often within hours.
Our eRecording platform supports a broad range of court-related, property, and business documents, including but not limited to:
Every document must comply with strict California Recorder margin, title, and page formatting rules.
We validate formatting before submission to avoid costly delays or rejections.
We go beyond simple document transmission—we ensure your eRecording request is fully compliant, accurately submitted, and recorded as quickly as possible.
Whether you’re recording a single deed or submitting dozens of liens or releases daily, we make the process seamless.
Log in to our secure portal and upload a clean, scan-ready PDF. (We’ll flag margin issues, missing stamps, or other errors before submission.)
We validate document type, county rules, formatting, and required metadata (like APN, case number, recording references).
Once recorded, you instantly receive the instrument number, confirmation receipt, and a digital copy of your officially recorded document
We electronically record documents in nearly all California counties, including:
