• $70.00 Urgent (Submitted on the same day order is received, if received by Cut-Off Time)
• $25.00 Additional Documents Recorded in the Same Order (Must be for Same Property APN or Court Case Number)
• All fees mentioned above are separate from any recording fees, taxes imposed by the county, and portal Transaction fees.
• Countrywide Process service fees will be charged regardless of whether the county approves or rejects the submitted document.
• For Urgent matters, please ensure that documents are received before the designated cut-off time.

Wondering when your document will be officially recorded? The recording date is determined when the document is processed by the county clerk. This processing time can vary, ranging from the same day to up to 72 hours, depending on the specific county's procedures.

Are you unsure if Preliminary Change of Ownership Reports (PCORs) or Transfer Tax Affidavits can be recorded? No, these are not recordable, however, are necessary for most jurisdictions and used as reference documents.

Should PCORs and Transfer Tax Affidavits be submitted as separate attachments within your order? Yes, please upload them as separate attachments.

Can Multiple Recordable Documents be submitted in a single e-Recording order? Absolutely, you can. When uploading your documents, please specify the desired order for recording.

Is it possible to submit multiple deeds within one order? Yes, it is. However, keep in mind that each deed should be uploaded as a separate attachment, and all the helper documents, such as a PCOR, must be related to the same property or case.

If you need to upload a CLAIM FOR REASSESSMENT EXCLUSION FOR TRANSFER BETWEEN PARENT AND CHILD (Prop 58), please scan this document together with your Preliminary Change of Ownership Reports (PCORs) as a single attachment. If applicable, include the trust documentation behind the child exclusion for a complete submission.
