I have been working with Countrywide for several years and find the service and efficiency to be excellent, and everybody in the company, without exception, to be friendly, patient, and willing to go way beyond the normal boundaries of responsibility to assist us. The company is always up on new technology; always willing to listen and to grow, and there is more of a feeling of working together with us as a unit rather than a mere working relationship. HACLA's experience with Countrywide has been excellent. Countrywide is professional, on time, efficient, easy to work with and has reasonable prices. Countrywide goes where no process service company will go. They serve notices and complaints for HACLA in the most dangerous areas of the Los Angeles (Public Housing). Countrywide has helped HACLA in many rush emergency same day filings or services. Countrywide keeps HACLA informed about services via email. For the past fives, HACLA has been very happy to have Countrywide as their process server and will continue to do so.
